With only 7 weeks until the start of Homearama, this week we’re checking out lot N226, being built by Paragon Homes.
Paragon Homes has been building custom homes in Louisville for over 20 years. Scott Yates, the company’s principal, is a Member of the Board of Directors for the Builders Industry Association of Louisville and also for Kentucky’s National Association of Home Builders. Paragon has previously been recognized as a Homearama Grand Award Winner, and we know N226 will be equally impressive in this year’s Homearama!
N226 is a 2-story cottage-style HardiePlank home. Some of the more notable upgrades include a shiplap cathedral ceiling with cross beams in the kitchen and master bedroom, heavily-scraped 4-inch plank white oak floors on the first and second floors, vintage subway tile in various rooms, and a spacious finished basement.
N226’s designer is Leslie Newton-Thompson with Carriage House Interiors. For more information on N226, Paragon Homes, or Carriage House Interiors, please click the thumbnails below.
