Amphitheater
The community’s premier performance venue. With limestone shelf seating for over 2000 people, a spacious covered stage, great acoustic design, and a scenic view overlooking our South Lake, it’s a best-loved space for good reason.
Bergamot Pool
The South Village’s zero-entry pool located between Bergamot Drive and Blazing Star Lane.
Community Garden
A fenced area home to 46 raised garden plots, available for seasonal leases to our neighbors. The community garden is located centrally along the western perimeter of the neighborhood.
3 Dog Parks
Fenced areas where fido can roam free, complete with fresh water spigots and seating for owners. Registration is required for both residents and non-residents to help keep our canine friends safe and healthy.
Emerald Park
A raised green with a covered pavilion, bench swings, and mounted planters surrounding a perimeter walkway. This park was the site of Homearama 2016.
The Grove
The community’s North Village pool, complete with zero-entry, splash features, slides, and a covered patio with outdoor fireplace. This is the community’s largest pool and recreation structure.
Heritage Play Park
The community’s first playground with unique interactive features for kids of all ages. This park is located between Anemone Drive and Angel Trumpet Drive.
Jimson Play Park
A well-equipped playground with play structures for all ages, including a putting green and bench swings. This park is located at Featherbell Boulevard and Jimson Street.
Jimson Pool
The first community pool, located at Featherbell Boulevard and Jimson Pool Street. This pool is perfect for swimming laps as well as simply cooling off.
Meeting Street Promenade
A central green spanning several blocks in the South Village. That includes our iconic fountain and brick performance stage. This area was the site of Homearama 2011.
North Village Market
The first commercial space in the North Village which includes our signature cottages and pop-up shops. The North Village Market is the site of our weekly farmers’ market and Food Truck Fridays, both happening seasonally.
Oval Park
Our large central park separating the South and North Villages. This park is replete with mature trees, a charming walking bridge, fields perfect for playing, meandering trails, and the neighborhood Honor Court.
Peppermint Green
An almost football field-sized formal green thoughtfully landscaped and punctuated by a large covered pavilion. Peppermint Green is located near the North Village Town Center and is our largest formal green in the neighborhood.
Rose Garden
An English-style formal garden with benches, boxwoods, a water feature, and rose bushes located on the eastern perimeter of the community.
South Lake
A small stocked lake great for catch-and-release fishing. This lake is perfectly positioned for watching the sun set, and is surrounded by walking trails connecting the South and North Villages.
South Village Town Square
The town center lawn in the middle of the South Village.
Triangle Park
A petite green space including a bocce court, benches, and lovely native plantings.
Wildflower Meadow
A three-acre area planted with native wildflower species to attract pollinators and birds. Located near the community garden along our walking trails, it’s the perfect place to connect with nature.
